
Some Day Farm offers lessons to riders of all ages and levels of ability. We have a variety of safe horses to suit new riders and those returning to the sport.

Lesson Options and Pricing Schedule:
Evaluation Lesson $100
- A private evaluation lesson is an opportunity to introduce you to our program and allow one of our trainers to assess your current skill level. Evaluation lessons include a 10-15 minute orientation, plus 30-40 minutes of mounted time. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled lesson time for paperwork and orientation.
Introductory Lesson Package $450
- Introductory lesson packages include two unmounted horsemanship lessons, plus five mounted lessons.
- New riders start in private lessons, which include 30-40 minutes of mounted time, in which they learn the basic skills that will allow them to safely ride on their own or in groups.
- Horsemanship lessons teach new riders how to safely navigate the barn, and how to correctly groom, tack up, and untack a horse. Additionally, riders will learn the basics of horse care, horse anatomy, and first aid; and they will get an overview of the various disciplines of horse sports.
Private Lesson on a Some Day Farm Horse $100 (30-40 minutes)
- Focused instruction in a one on one setting with an experienced trainer.
Group Lesson on a Some Day Farm Horse $100 (45-60 minutes)
- Quality instruction in a fun, group setting.
- Riders are grouped according to their level of riding.
- Group lessons will have no more than 5 riders.
Ship In Lesson or Training Ride $100
- Bring your horse to Some Day Farm for a 45-60 minute private lesson, or to be schooled by one of our trainers.
Monthly Full Training Package $1,000
- Our monthly full training package is available to riders who board or lease horses at Some Day Farm. It is perfect for serious riders pursuing competitive goals, and those striving for accelerated advancement in the sport.
- Full training includes 5 weekly lessons and/or training rides to keep riders and horses fit and at peak performance.
